In User Helpdesk you can

  • find any user in Accounts marked as "test" (e.g. for event managers) are not included in exports (e.g. Abstract Export)
  • reset passwords for end users (e.g. if s.o. is not able to login or forgot his/her password)
  • use the function "Remote control" to connect remotely with an other computer in order to have an end users view. This may help you to better understand an end users problem because you can see exactly what the specific end user sees
