You can activate sending a status mail in "Programme - Setup - Invitation Setup".


Idea is that speakers and chairs can send themselves a mail with an overview of all their accepted and rejected slots (pending invitations are not shown here).



Template upload is in "Programme - Setup - Templates".


You can upload three templates for:

  • Confirmation mail templates for all accepted invitations  (in case when all invitations are accepted)

  • Confirmation mail templates for all rejected invitations (in case when all invitations are rejected)

  • Confirmation mail templates for mixed state of invitations (in case when invitations are accepted and rejected)




In the invitation desktop module you will find a "confirm decision" button at the end of the page. After clicking it the mail is send.



Also new mergefields are available:

- days of talks (dates of accepted presentations and sessions)

- Invitations status (shows accepted / rejected for each invitation)

- Set travel grants and set free hotel nights as budget
